A 5-week group program run by Dr. Schneider and the Empowered Health team.
The Lifestyle Reset Program.
The group will meet twice per week, 2 hours per session. During these sessions, you will receive specific health education from Dr. Schneider, behavioral change and lifestyle training from Erika Zink, Functional Medicine Health Coach (candidate), as well as fitness discussions and experientials from Leah Prost, certified Barre and Pilates instructor and our resident fitness expert.
You will complete a current lifestyle analysis and develop goals for the future. These will be used by Dr. Schneider, along with a full biometric and lab analysis, to personalize recommendations for your Lifestyle Action Plan. You will meet one-on-one with Dr. Schneider to review your results and get guidance on how to implement your Lifestyle Action Plan with Erika.
Over the 5 weeks...
You will learn about the medical science that supports lifestyle change to promote health, focusing on five key topic areas: nutrition, movement, sleep, connection, and relaxation. During this time, you will experience techniques that promote a reset in each of these areas. You will have group support to help you through the program and to troubleshoot challenges.
All you have to do is show up and be ready to participate; no prior fitness training or other health status required.
