  • A weekly opportunity to share your experiences and learn from others.
  • Resources to facilitate successful navigation of the elimination diet.

What is Not Included:

  • A personalized meal plan, although a general food guide will be provided.
  • Counseling or psychotherapy.
  • Medical consultation or education.
  • Lab testing or results review.

6-Week Elimination Diet Package:

The experience of going through an elimination diet can be challenging. Success will require specific changes to daily life. These can include, but are not limited to:

  • Temporary withdrawal symptoms
  • Creating time to cook meals
  • Dealing with cravings
  • Managing obstacles or setbacks

The Elimination Diet Support Group creates an environment to simplify this process and promote success. In this group, participants will be able to share with others about their experience and receive guidance from a certified health coach highly trained in the elimination diet process.
