Full-or Part-Time Physician

You:

We are looking for an experienced, board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained Physician who is passionate about transforming primary care.

This position is flexible for part or full-time and the clinical hours will range between 14-30 hours of patient care per week according to full-time equivalent status.  Additional time weekly is spent for lab review, visit preparation, additional patient communication and any clinic related activities, such as team meetings, writing for articles or blog posts, etc. 

You Will:

See patients in-person and via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to the guidelines provided by the practice
Work closely with a care team including a Health Coach to help patients optimize outcomes and achieve their health and wellness goals
Provide mentorship to non-physician staff
Participate in patient care program development
Assist in the resolution of patient inquiries and requests
Complete online charts in a timely and accurate manner
Follow organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
Represent Empowered Health in the local and broader community
Set personal development goals and work on professional growth
Continue to advance your medical education

At a minimum, you possess:

Board certification (or eligible) in internal medicine, family medicine, or other primary care fields
Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, brand-forward work environment
Passion for your personal health and wellness and that of others
Licensed in WA 
DEA license
