We try to ensure we can see new patients within one calendar month. Sometimes this length varies if patient demand is raised, but typically we are able to see new patients within 2-4 weeks of sign up. For established patients our scheduling time varies by concern. Non-urgent appointments such as routine follow ups or check ins we try to schedule within one calendar week. For urgent concerns, we try to triage as soon as possible. This could be a same day phone call from your provider or a same day or next day appointment in clinic. Whatever our patients’ concerns are, we try to make sure we accommodate to them.

Our Foundational and Health Optimizer memberships are our two primary care options that we offer right now.

Our Foundational Membership includes a 90-minute new patient appointment, a 60 minute follow up, and up to 6 elective appointments per year.

Our Health Optimizer membership includes everything our foundational membership has plus more! It includes 10 additional appointments per year. This option also includes complimentary biometric testing options and one free year of health coaching which provides additional support and accountability.

Yes. As we spend significant time and energy with patient on boarding, we require a 1-year minimum commitment for both the Foundational Membership and the Health Optimizer Membership.
