Learn about and move towards consuming an anti-inflammatory diet:

Low in saturated and no trans-fat, which are seen in dairy products and processed food.

Rich in fruits and vegetables.

Use of grains as whole grains from rice, quinoa, barley, spelt, wheat, etc.

High in unsaturated fat, such as olive oil, tree nuts and avocado.

Consumption of protein as lean meat or plant sources.

Limited sugar, preferably unprocessed sources such as honey and maple syrup.
