Thai Dipping Sauce or Dressing

A delicious Thai-inspired concoction you can use in multiple ways!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond butter 
  • 1/2-1 inch of fresh ginger, chopped 
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos 
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • 3-4 cloves garlic 
  • Water as needed 
  • Optional: 
    • 1-2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 
    • 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes, less or more to taste 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients at high speed in food processor or blender. Add water until desired consistency is created. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.
