Antioxidant Trail Mix

This healthy mixture of nuts and fruits will keep your hunger at bay!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1⁄2 cup almonds
  • 1⁄2 cup walnuts
  • 1⁄2 cup pistachios
  • 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1⁄4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1⁄4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1⁄4 cup dried cherries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Gently toss the ingredients to mix things up.
  3. Store in tightly sealed containers.
