Baked Salmon with Dill

This delightful dish is very low in saturated fat and a good source of protein. The dill flavor is herbaceous and slightly tangy in flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets (5 ounces each)
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or oil the pan. Add salmon
  3. to the pan.
  4. Mix together olive oil, dill, salt and pepper, and brush over salmon.
  5. Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes.
