Almond Cocoa Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small avocado or 1/3 large avocado
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 1/2 tbsp organic almond butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp organic cocoa butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1⁄2 cup frozen organic strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh spinach or kale
- 6 oz filtered water
