Thai Dipping Sauce or Dressing
A delicious Thai-inspired concoction you can use in multiple ways!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2-1 inch of fresh ginger, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- Water as needed
- Optional:
- 1-2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes, less or more to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients at high speed in food processor or blender. Add water until desired consistency is created. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.
